Beijing Event: 'Comrade
Kim Goes Flying' goes
to Wudaokou

Koryo Tours is 'crossing the line' over to Haidian

Next Monday December 4 Koryo Tours is 'crossing the line' once again. We are making the long trek from our office in Beijing's Chaoyang district to next door Haidian to bring you, the good people of Wudaokou, a special free screening of Comrade Kim Goes Flying with director Nicholas Bonner.

The event will take place at Bridge Cafe (桥咖啡) - opposite of Wudaokou subway (line 13) exit B - and starts at 20:00. Come early for the best seats and talk to Koryo Tours' staff about our travels. The screening will be followed by a Q&A about the film.

You can watch the film's trailer below:

Bonner, the founder of Beijing-based Koryo Tours, has produced four films in North Korea, including 'Comrade Kim Goes Flying', and three documentaries: The Game of Their Lives (2002) about the 1966 North Korean World Cup football team; A State of Mind (2004) on Pyongyang's former Mass Games; and Crossing the Line (2006), a film about American defectors living in North Korea. For more information on Koryo Tours' films here.

We hope to see you there!
